During our month in Tucson, we took a road trip down to Bisbee and Tombstone. During our brief time in Bisbee we stopped in at Old Bisbee Brewing Company, housed in one of the many historic buildings crammed into the hillside of the Mule Mountains.
Old Bisbee has a very small tap room inside, with a large patio and a very friendly beertender. There was room for us and one other couple at the bar, also a few tables inside next to the fermentation tanks. Ambiance gets a 3.
Old Bisbee had five beers on tap, with limited variety. Tim and I both had the Classic Pilsner, which we both enjoyed. Tim rated it 4/5 on Untappd. Selection gets a 2.
Old Bisbee does not have any designs for their taps and their website is very basic. Their Instagram is also very basic. There was minimal merchandise available including a few glasses and one t-shirt design. The sticker was $1. Branding gets a 2.
We paid $6 each for a large 20 oz glass. Price gets a 3.
