Winter 24: A Month in Texas

Off Main Brewing

Off Main Brewing; Kerrville, TX
Home IPA and Comanche Moon Blonde

During our winter 2024 travel during our stop in Kerrville, we stopped in at Off Main Brewing, which was, you guessed it, off Main St.  It's a 'boutique brewery', which we weren't sure what that meant, but based on the decor, we kinda get it.   Off Main is in a quaint refurbished downtown building, and the best smelling brewery we've ever encountered.  Friendly staff.  Ambiance gets a 3.

Off Main had 10 of their own brews on tap with a good variety. I had the Comanche Moon Blonde which was tasty, while Tim had the Home IPA which he rated 3.25/5 on Untappd.  They also offer champagne flights along with recommendations on which beer or wine pairs well with their  charcuterie boards.  Selection gets a 3.

While Off Main does not have individual imagery for their brews, they do have a great website with featuring their charcuterie boards, and their Instagram is amazing.  They had limited merchandise in the store but their online store is quite robust, but the fanciest sticker we've seen.  Branding gets a 4.

A pint was $6.50, and the yummiest bruchetta we've ever had was a good price as well.  Tim was blown away by the gold forks (they were plastic).  Price gets a 3.
