During our month in Tucson during the winter of 2024, we stopped in at MotoSonora Brewing. MotoSonora has great curb appeal, with an interesting indoor space, cozy bar, great outdoor patio and game area as well as a stage. Pups always make for an interesting brewery experience. Ambiance gets a 4.
MotoSonora had 17 taps with a wide variety of options. I had the Hudson Hornet, a Chile Beer, and Tim had the Testarossa Raspberry/Hibiscus Ale which he rated 4.25/5 on Untappd. Selection gets a 4.
MotoSonora has great branding not only with their decor and their story, but also on their website and Instagram. They do not have individual branding for their beers, and their Instagram is fairly active with some fun pics but no overall design strategy. They had limited merchandise, and the sticker was $1. Branding gets a 3.
The year round taps are $6.50 while the special taps are $7.50, a bit high for the area. Price gets a 2. Overall a nice place, and fun to watch the pups interact.
