North Idaho Mountain Brew, Ltd. Co.; Wallace, ID

During our time in Wallace Idaho, I had booked us in at the Wallace RV Park, which has a special partnership with a brewery, brew pub and the RV park all on the same site.  This is how we found North Idaho Mountain Brew, Ltd. Co.

North Idaho Mountain Brew is just off I-90, about four hours south of Glacier National Park.  This is a full restaurant with a nice indoor space as well as a small covered patio area. After a very friendly greeting, we elected to sit at the bar, where we were met with an attentive bartender.  The place was pretty full, with a good buzz about it.  Ambiance gets a 3.

The brewery has a fairly decent selection, with a wide variety.  I had the Raspberry Wheat and Tim had the same as well as a Jackass Juicy IPA, rating them 4.75 and 3.75 out of 5 in his Untapped App.  Selection gets a 3.

There is no individual images for each brew, however the names describe the brew.  They charged $2 for stickers.  There is a decent selection of swag, however all the t-shirts are black with the names of the brews in various fonts - kind of doesn't make sense.  Their website is visually appealing, with nice imagery, however limited information.  It does have a calendar for events however none were listed.  Branding gets a 2.

A pint was 4.72 - kind of strange pricing but I believe that's so with tax it's $5. Price gets a 3. 

We did order food here - we shared scotch eggs and fish tacos.  Kind of a strange combination, and both are favorites of ours.  The scotch eggs, while tasty, were just not quite up to par with Britt's Pub in Minneapolis.  The fish tacos, however, were up there with tops for both of us.  North Idaho Mountain Brew is one of the few places we've been that not only gets the beer right - they hit the mark with their food as well.
