WildEdge Brewing Collective: Cortez, CO
The WildEdge Brewing Collective is just off Main Street in Cortex, CO. It was a nice afternoon, with a private party in the back portion of the indoor space so we opted for the small outdoor seating area. Chill, indoor space, friendly owner/beertender. Atmosphere gets a 3.
WildEdge had a decent number of taps, with a good variety. I had the Busted Mower, a Saison with a touch of pineapple which I enjoyed very much. Tim had the Metamorphosis, an IPA which he rated a 3.25/5 on Untappd. Selection gets a 3.
There is some individual branding for their crowlers and a few t-shirts as far as merchandise. WildEdge has a minimalist website with some nice visuals. Their Instagram is somewhat active, but no real overall design strategy. Simple, B&W free sticker. Branding gets a 2.
My pint was $6 and Tim's was $7, about average for the area. Price gets a 3.
