Mosaic Blueberry Wheat and the Silver Dollar Lager

While on a weeklong camping trip in Minnesota, we camped at Camp Holiday Resort & Campground in Deerwood, MN.  After a great weekend with friends, we biked to Crosby (check out the trails in the area here), and downtown right on Main street you'll find Cuyuna Brewing Company.

"Cuyuna" is the name of an iron range in Minnesota, composed of the syllables, 'Cuy' and 'Una,' the former being a contraction of the given name of Cuyler Adams, who was active in the early development of that territory, and the last syllable being the name of his dog 'Una.'

Cuyuan Brewing is located in a renovated building, with a busy but chill atmosphere, getting them a 3.

Cuyuna had 16 taps, with a wide variety of taps including seltzer. After trying a flight first, I had a pint of the Silver Dollar Lager and Tim had the Mosaic Blueberry Wheat, which he rated a 2.75 on Untapped.  Selection gets a 3.

The brewery was consistent with just two or three images on shirts, and a good selection of various colors, fits. While there is no individual branding, although they released their new can label the summer of 2022 and it's definitely a look they should continue to leverage.  Stickers were $1. Their website is visually interesting and up to date, as is their Instagram, however no overall visual strategy.  Branding gets a 3.

As for price, pints were $6, and the flight was $10.  This is about average, so prices ends up a 3.  Overall a great little place to visit while in Crosby, with a take out restaurant next door serving up amazing smells!
