Winter 24: A Month in Texas

Thirsty Street Brewing Co.

Thirsty Street Brewing Co; Billings, MT

On our second brewery stop in Billings was Thirsty Street Brewing Co. a few blocks from Montana Brewing.  This is more of a typical tap room, with kind of bare décor, with no food.  Tim had The Downtown "a spontaneously fermented ale" - he said it’s got definitely a funky taste to it almost has this creamy taste to it.  Since Tim has been digging sours lately - he did like it a lot.

Branding - we're giving it 1 tap - it’s simple and (you can see logo in background) but it doesn’t like pop - as Tim said, it’s not like I would want to wear that their T-shirt necessarily.  They do have some different names to their brews - but not an overall pattern that fits with the branding.

From a price perspective Tim's tap was $6, and mine was $4 (I had the Octoberfest Lager) - so decent on price - we like that!
