Carter's Brewing; Billings, MT
Our third brewery stop in Billings was Carter's Brewing (as of the publishing date I could not locate a valid URL for Carter's) on historic Montana Avenue. Carter's Brewing is family owned and operated, housed in a former train station. Keeping some of the original authentic décor made for an interesting look, although it was kind of dark inside (outside seating was limited and full - it would be wonderful on such a hot day).
Tim tried the Handcar Hefe, 5%. A nice hefeweizen that he rated as 3 taps. Looked like they had a good selection. Decent prices - $10 for two pints. Overall an interesting place - would really like to see more outdoor seating.
